PMES is conducting a workshop for interested individuals who wish to join PMES led by recognized experts and practitioners in the broad field of M&E here and abroad. The seminar/workshop “Fundamentals of Monitoring and Evaluation” will be held on November 7, 2015 (Saturday) from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM at Sequoia Hotel, 91 Mother Ignacia Avenue corner Timog Avenue, Quezon City.
This whole-day workshop will tackle four main topics:
1) Principles of Results Based Management (RBM) and Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E)
2) Developing the Theory of Change: Creating the Storyline and Describing the Link between Strategic and Operational Planning
3) Developing the M&E System: Measuring, Tracking and Reporting Implementation Progress and the Delivery of Results
4) M&E in Practice: M&E and Organization Development
