The Pilipinas Monitoring and Evaluation Society (PMES) conducted a successful introductory workshop on Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) as part of its its banner capacity building event – the PMES Workshop Series. Held last 16 April 2016 (Saturday) from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM at Sequoia Hotel, 91 Mother Ignacia Avenue corner Timog Avenue,Quezon City the workshop entitled “Fundamentals of Monitoring and Evaluation”, was attended by professionals representing government agencies, non government organizations, multilateral and bilateral development partners, academe and the private sector.
